User Change Procedure

SPAL Srl informs you that changing the user of the stadium access pass is only and exclusively allowed via the www.vivaticket.it website.

You cannot change the name at the stadium ticket offices on the day of the match.

You can make this change as soon as the tickets for the match itself go on sale.

When you access the stadium, you must have the entrance ticket of the person transferring it, as well as the receipt for the change in access pass printed from the website.

In the event of a failure to complete the procedures or failure to present the receipt proving the name change to control staff, access to the stadium will be denied.

Changing the user of entry tickets is only possible if carried out to benefit a person with the same rights. It is not permitted to request user changes with the addition of what has already been paid to shift to a higher price category: from a discounted ticket to a full price one, from one place to another.
