Vivavoucher

The VivaVoucher procedure for reimbursements for the 2019-2020 Serie A Championship through season ticket vouchers expired on 18 June 2020.

Below are some guidelines in relation to the voucher issued.

• The voucher will be issued within 30 days of the request and an email will be sent with the voucher in .pdf format. The voucher will be in the name of the registered user who made the application, irrespective of the names of the pass holders for whom the application was made.
• The amount of the voucher will be equal to 7 whole matches for the 2019-2020 championship, not yet played, i.e. 7 instalments (parts) of the season pass of 18 (matches). Any purchase or service fees are not included for reimbursement.
• The voucher consists of a credit connected to the account that made a usable request only for the events (season pass or tickets) of the organiser for which the reimbursement was requested (SPAL) and will be scalable. Thus, it can also be used for several purchases until the value is used up or to partially cover the ticket cost.
• The voucher may be used beginning from June only on the vivaticket.com website through the account that made the application. The voucher may be used by the holder of the voucher to purchase passes (tickets or season passes) without any constraint on the names of the holders, only for events organised by SPAL.
