SPALand Salvatore Esposito together until 2025

S.P.A.L. announces the extension of the contract with the midfielder Salvatore Esposito until 30 June 2025.

Born in Castellammare di Stabia on 7 October 2000 and raised in the youth sector of Inter, Esposito joined SPAL in the 2017/2018 season where he played two Primavera 2 Championships, for a total of 24 appearances and 6 goals.

In January 2019 he lived his first experience among professional players with Ravenna F.C., while in the following season he went on loan to Serie B at ChievoVerona putting together 41 appearances and 1 goal.

In 2020/2021 he returns to Ferrara. After 70 appearances and 8 goals in two seasons, he has became the captain of the team.

On 11 June 2022 Esposito made his debut with the senior Italian national team in the UEFA Nations League match against England.
