The 4th edition of the Sponsor Cup was held at Mazza Stadium

The fourth edition of the Sponsor Cup, which saw the commercial partners of the biancazzurro club take to the pitch at Paolo Mazza Stadium on Tuesday afternoon, May 14, took place.

On the grounds of the Corso Piave stadium, the spallini sponsors faced each other in an exciting quadrangular 7-a-side soccer match, with a special group of coaches leading each team. The event, in fact, featured Mirco Antenucci, Nahuel Valentini, Fabio Maistro, Alessandro Orfei, Massimo Zilli, Nicolò Contiliano, Nicola Dalmonte, Steven Nador and Emanuele Rao as exceptional coaches.

At the end of the tournament, biancazzurro general manager Corrado Di Taranto greeted all SPAL partners, thanking them for their valuable support to the club during the 2023/2024 sports season, before presenting the trophy to the green team, which won on penalty kicks in the final match against the biancazzurri formation.

On the other hand, it was coach Mimmo Di Carlo and captain Mirco Antenucci who presented the individual awards given to Rudy Musacchi as best goalkeeper, Lorenzo Pellegrinelli as top scorer and Marcello Corvino as best player of the competition.
